another Tuesday

I just watched ten minutes of that new game show "Identity" while I was eating my cereal. I really don't understand the appeal of these game shows in terms of repeat viewing. Each show is encapsulated. I don't enjoy playing along-except with Match Game. I don't know how they can keep shelling out all this money...I guess it is in prime time.

When it's been a while since you've been in the darkroom, it's easy to get nostalgic for it. Once you have to do something in there, you're bound to remember how irritating it can be. I'm pretty sure that every time I have ever decided that I was going to complete some project in a certain time frame, it didn't work out that way to my complete and utter frustration. This time I had set aside a large chunk of time after school to do all example pictures for the project I'm assigning tomorrow. Not quite. I tried working on three different enlargers and all had vignetting issues (places that should be sharp corners are just white voids and such). I got frustrated and ultimately decided not to print them traditionally and use images I already had. I shoot so much that of course I have them, but I did spend a lot of time shooting these other pictures which sucks. I guess I'll try and scan the negatives and see what happens, but I could very easily get frustrated with that too since I want to be in bed in an hour.
