There's one in every building...

I'm of the opinion that every apartment building contains at least one crazy person. The crazy from our current apartment building (some sort of 50 year old cop woman who really likes country decor) is outside right now washing her car for 8th time this week (it's probably ten degrees outside) and singing loud enough for people 200 feet away to hear...and she's singing Ace of Base's "I Saw the Sign." When I took Ollie out, I was embarassed that even after she saw me she did not stop singing.
