floaty eyeballs vs. restrained eyeballs

Nate used to always have this problem he called "floaty eyeballs." I am not entirely clear as to whether this was a mental and eye issue or what. Anyway, I am having the reverse of that today. "Floaty eyeballs" sounds sort of relaxing, but my eyes feel like they are being restrained with duct tape or something today. I have one of those headaches that only really hurt when you move your eyes at all. So my eyes feel like they straining to get loose from some chair they're tied to or something. They feel like they just want to pop out. Ick.
