weird kid whatnot of the day

I'm trying to get through a lecture and demonstration in a first grade class and this kid (kid 1) raises his hand...

me: Kid 1, do you have a question?
Kid 1: Kid 2 kissed me on the ear? (rubs his ear)
(Kid 2 is also male)
me: What?
Kid 1: He kissed me on the ear.
me: Uhh...Kid 2 we don't want to do that, we all want to stay in our own space and leave other people alone (or something like that)

After the lecture when I talked to Kid 2 about it and told him I would have to tell his teacher I thought he said he did it because Kid 1 touched his underwear, but he meant underarm. I am not sure how someone touching your armpit leads to kissing their ear...kids are weird.
