The Patron Saint of Laguna Beach

I haven't been watching the new Laguna Beach, but today I'm not feeling that great and wasn't ready to start my homework so I watched some. I was shocked to find that there is an actual decent person on the show that stands up for her friends. Rocky/Raquel produced some quotes that I never expected to hear on Laguna Beach:

Tessa: what would I do without you?
Rocky: you would be just fine.*

* Isn't she supposed to say something passive agressive disguised as a joke like "you would totally crash and burn-tee hee"?

She also told Tessa not to worry about what other people said about her new relationship and that she was starting on a great adventure. I about fell off the couch.
