I taught some third graders today! I was so nervous. It doesn't matter if things are supposedly no big deal, I'm a worrier and I am going to worry. It wasn't my lesson, and even though I had watched it several times, I felt scattered teaching it. It was pretty good though I guess. Elementary school kids are kind of hard to handle. I need to learn the flashing the lights trick and how to authoritatively bellow. Feeling good and certainly happy that I've gotten over the first teaching a class hump.

Elementary School Fact of the day- First grade boys don't think that women should wear striped shirts because that's what men do.

Also, if a picture looks like a girl basketball player, they just keep pointing it out for some reason. I think this is hilarious.
