rules of the road people-learn them!

No one likes someone who drives in the left lane when they are going below the speed limit, not that that matters to many people on the Eastern Shore. People in most other places seeing leaving the left lane as a matter of survival when they see another car bearing down on them, but the people of the Eastern Shore could care less. Frequently on the Eastern Shore, two cars will ride side by side going nearly the same less than the speed limit pace for miles and miles, thus not letting anyone pass. This is amazingly annoying.

It's strange that this lackadaisical locale was also the site of my worst episode with a crazy road rage person. I was on this ramp to the highway that merges into one lane and I sped up to get in front of this truck or suv thing. The person didn't even have to move or tap his brakes to avoid me, but still went crazy and proceeded to race back and forth between lanes and slamming on his brakes to make sure I didn't pass him once we were on the busy highway. I think he also repeatedly blared his horn and held up his middle finger. He had a car full of people and was endangering me and all of them. Just thinking of that guy makes me angry...

I don't want to go to work, I am certain to meet yet another eyeglasses equivalent of that dude. I've been meeting a lot recently.
